Shrimp in Love!

This is one of my favorite recipes. It's super easy, really yummy and of course it looks great. It looks really impressive and yet it takes about 15 minutes to make.
I orginally found this recipe in a magazine I got in the mail called Kraft foods I've made it even easier. Check out my DA-tip!

4 oz. linguine, uncooked
1 cup cleaned medium fresh shrimp
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup) of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup Cream Cheese Spread
1-1/2 cups torn cleaned spinach

COOK linguine as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese spread; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and mixture is well blended.

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add spinach; toss lightly. Stir in shrimp mixture.

I substitute frozen spinach instead of tearing fresh spinach. I also use a can of diced tomatoes instead of chopping my own. If you don't mind frozen and canned veggies, it really saves a lot of time. Plus, it makes it a meal that you can easily keep the ingredients on hand
